Our mission at NextGEN is to improve the life trajectory of our student-athletes primarily through academic and athletic intervention, while striving to create an all-inclusive environment in youth hockey, regardless of the social or financial barriers.

We seek to promote character development and personal growth both 'on and off the ice' and to increase participation for an underserved and/or diverse universe of players, while most importantly, highlighting the importance of academic excellence to these you student-athletes so that they will be well equipped to live more productive lives.
